2. Orders & Payments
* All prices are listed in USD.
* Orders are processed once full payment is received.
* We accept payments via PayPal, Cash App, and Apple Pay.
* We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or suspected fraud.
3. Shipping & Delivery
* We ship orders within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location.
* Shipping is currently available within the USA only.
* Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
4. Returns & Refunds
* We accept returns only in the case of a fault with the product.
* You must contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.
* Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
5. Product Descriptions

please note that slight color variations may occur due to different screen settings and lighting.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
 
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship within the United States only.
 
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
•Standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout.
•Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after the order has been processed.
•You will receive a tracking number via email or text once your order has shipped.
 
Delays:
While we do our best to ship on time, please note that delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.
 
Wrong Address:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
 
Lost or Stolen Packages:
TheLoop Luxury is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier for assistance.
